Development, Delivery and Support
What visibility do I have into the app development process?
We discuss the requirements with you. We send our understanding of the requirements across to you. We share the application architecture and design with you. Thereafter we build prototypes and send it to you for approval. You can share these prototypes with your team and customers of similar apps or of applications that are already running on other platforms and take their feedback. We then implement this feedback into the next iteration. This is the agile development process and it is founded on the principle of collaborative development where the customer has maximum visibility.

Can I request for changes midway?
Of course! With changing market dynamics and fast-paced markets, it is very natural for requirements to change during the development process – even if it is as short as hours – one month. We know this and take it in our stride. This is the cornerstone of agile software development. In case the changes are really large, we come back to you with alternatives or a different pricing structure.

We send the binaries across to you in compressed formats. We can mail them or place them in a secure staging area via the secure file transfer protocol. Our deliverables come with all associated app operation documentation, support documentation and installation guidelines.
